Intech3 awarded Jewish Care support contract

Intech3 has commenced a support agreement with Jewish Care. This contract sees Intech3 taking on Jewish Care’s level 1 queue monitoring, phone support and first call resolution, allowing the internal Jewish Care support team to focus their efforts on higher value tasks.  Intech3 is working closely with Jewish Care CIO, Cameron Mackay on some initiatives such as potential secondment of staff between the businesses to upskill one another’s staff and provide a different perspective to their day-to-day roles.
