Todd Afford

Founder and Managing Director

Todd co-founded Intech3 in 2009 to provide IT managed services to the health and aged care sectors. A forward-thinking leader with more than 25 years’ IT and project management experience, his passion for the transformative potential of technology, and ability to build enduring client partnerships have enabled the firm to grow sustainably. With a family history of farming, Todd understands the necessity of long-term planning, and equally, the need to roll up your sleeves and get down into the trenches when the situation demands—a philosophy he has instilled company wide.

Neel Riar

Lead Engineer

Neel is a highly experienced Senior Consulting Engineer with over 20 years of hands-on experience developing IT infrastructure, testing, and management solutions for national clients. He has expertise in server technologies, virtualisation, backup services, and cloud/desktop applications. Neel is also certified in CompTIA A+, MCSA, and MCSE.

His professional philosophy is based on a passion for building and maintaining IT systems that support business operations and enhance user experiences. Neel is proficient in leading teams, resolving complex problems, and streamlining processes, bringing a unique blend of leadership and technical expertise to every project.

Chris Whittaker

Helpdesk Team Leader

Chris is an an experienced IT Support technician with several years experience in leading service desk staff. Chris joined Intech3 in 2020, and during this time has been integral in reducing the ticket queue while improving customer satisfaction with the support they receive. Prior to joining Intech3, Chris had a senior role at Netspan, and holds a Bachelor of Information Technology and Software Engineering.
