Expanding on our already successful Hosted Infrastructure and Managed Infrastructure services, Intech3 has partnered with NEXTDC to provide a superior, enterprise-grade data centre service to our existing and future clients.
As Australia’s only truly independent data centre provider with a national, neutral network of world-class facilities, NEXTDC is home to some of the biggest public and private cloud providers in the world, including many multi-national corporations.
The Melbourne data centre has achieved the Uptime Institute’s industry-benchmark Tier III certification for design – an endorsement that the facility will support extremely high levels of service availability, and has a minimum of N+1 redundancy on all critical systems to provide 100% availability on services – a guarantee virtually unrivalled in the Australian data centre industry. It is also the first facility in Asia-Pacific to employ solar power as a renewable energy source, capable of generating approximately 550 megawatt-hours of electricity annually, offsetting around 670 tonnes of CO2 each year..
Todd Afford, Director of Intech3 said: Intech3 is extremely excited with this partnership and to be able to provide this premium service as the standard for all our hosted clients, who can rest assured their hardware and data is protected by state-of-the-art facilities providing uptime, security, redundancy and dependability that is second to none.
